Hi, I’m Jesse Lamb.

I’m an attorney that loves working with developers, designers, entrepreneurs,
and small business owners.

I’m a different kind of attorney. I admire the law the way an architect might appreciate a material for the shapes it makes possible. Or how a painter might revel in the emotive power of a particular color palette. Business law is my palette and businesses are my media. I understand what the law makes possible for creative and enterprising people, and I love working with them to make those possibilities take shape in their business.

I realize that sometimes dealing with lawyers can be just as stressful as the issues they help resolve. That’s why I’ve designed my law firm to minimize that stress. To that end, I prefer not to bill by the hour. I don’t charge for phone calls in six-minute increments; or send out inscrutable bills with hundreds of line items. Instead, I offer legal help on a subscription model with packages tailored to every budget. And because the best legal problems are the ones you avoid in the first place, every package includes as-needed legal counsel so you can make informed decisions without worrying that the meter is running.

Above everything else, I want to help my clients be awesome by reducing the legal friction that slows them down, whether it’s intellectual property concerns, contracts, business formation, or just sorting out the legal issues lurking behind business decisions. As a legal counselor, I want to help replace uncertainty with peace of mind so my clients are empowered with the information they need to do what’s best for their business.
